Premium self-cleaning silicone façade paint for exterior applications. Designed for painting mineral substrates and decorative renders, it provides excellent weather resistance, high vapour permeability, UV stability, and long-lasting façade protection with DustClean® technology.
Termo Organika GOLD Silicone Paint TO-FSG is a high-performance silicone façade paint developed for ETICS insulation systems and exterior wall finishes. It is suitable for painting silicone, silicate-silicone, acrylic and mineral renders, as well as mineral substrates including concrete, cement and cement-lime plasters, gypsum boards and fibre-cement boards.
Thanks to its advanced DustClean® technology and premium silicone resin, the paint creates a hydrophobic surface that allows rainwater to naturally wash away dust and airborne contaminants. The result is a cleaner façade with reduced maintenance and long-lasting colour stability.
APPLICATIONS:
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- If necessary, dilute with clean water:
- up to 10% for the first coat
- up to 5% for the second coat
- Apply with brush, roller or airless spray.
- Apply two coats.
- Second coat after 12–24 hours.
- Protect painted surfaces from direct sunlight, rain and wind during drying.
- Minimum application temperature: +5°C.

SURFACE PREPARATIONS:
The substrate must be sound, dry, clean and free from dust, grease or loose particles.
Recommended waiting periods before painting:
- Silicone, acrylic, mineral and silicate renders: approximately 3 days (at ≥15°C)
- Spring/autumn conditions: 7–14 days
- Cement and cement-lime plasters: 14 days
- Concrete: 28 days
Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with TO-GU Universal Primer (or diluted TO-FSG), while smooth, non-absorbent substrates should be primed with TO-GS Contact Primer.
STORAGE:
- Store for up to 24 months in unopened original packaging.
- Store and transport between +5°C and +25°C.
- Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
- Do not stack pallets on top of each other.
